Tom Yam Yong Tau Foo Udon

The weekend always means more messing around in the kitchen.

My dad bought me an induction cooker, of all things in the world - it's possibly the best invention ever so I appreciate the random no-occasion gift. Easy cleaning (really just a wipe of a wet cloth), touch buttons, and easy control of temperature and level of heat. I can totally use my phone, instagram, google stuff while cooking because... well, nothing... burns. 

Definitely a worthwhile investment for my future home. Ah.
