The Weighing Scale Has Spoken

Last night I suddenly had this urge to find out how heavy I am. Contrary to what people may think of me, I'm not actually the type who weighs herself every week and/or watch my diet. Now that I think about it, I think I only weigh myself about 3-4 times a year. Haha. I never really believe that weight shows how fat you are or how thin you are. I mean it is an indicator to some extent, but not all that much when your weight doesn't change much.

Anyway, I put on 1.7kg. And of course I have sugared drinks, fatty foods, a sedentary lifestyle and having a boyfriend, to blame. I'm not complaining, I'm really quite alright with some weight gain. I just hate one thing about it, and that is feeling like a dumpling in my clothes when they get abit tight. (I'm not the kind of person who wears unstructured flair/relax tops/dresses, so weight/tummy size gain is quite apparent. Perhaps that's one way you can keep your size in check. Lol.)

Even as I'm writing this, I'm looking at this sinful bag of tidbits and snacks (Kettle Chips, Oreo, Yan Yan), and a 6-pack of Ice Lemon Green Tea in my room, and thinking of the other 3 packets of Pokka Green Tea in the fridge. Hahaha.

Oh yum, yum in my tum. Hahahahaha.
